Here's a four-part plan to guarantee you will have your cake and eat it too:
By the time she's improving and demonstrating she's not in a persistent vegetative state, you will have established - without any subsequent action on your part - the evidence you need to roll up the entire Pinellas County network of traitors.
You have the executive authority to spare the life of Terri Schindler (Schiavo).
You said you stood shoulder to shoulder with us in the War on Terror. Well it's time for you to roll up this terrorist cell and be done with them.

- Have Federal agents seize Ms. Schindler's body immediately
- Place her in Federal witness protective custody (outside the jurisdiction of the evidence-denier George Greer)
- Whisk her away to a Federal government hospital or suitable facility
- Begin aggressive treatment immediately

Governor Bush is Terri's last hope and he has the constitutional authority to put an end to this right now. Alan Keyes writes an explanation of how the separation of powers and the checks and balances between the 3 branches of government can be used to defend justice against situations of judicial tyranny, which this clearly is. read it here
You really rock with this latest comment. I hope that there will be intervention. Terri does not deserve to die in this way.
You are so right about the fraud angle. I have just thought of another angle: the timing of when Michael went to Felos seems to have something to do with the statute of limitations so that he could not be investigated for lying in court.

It may fit w/the CT Scan CodeBlue thread, where the gist is the scan may not be Terri's (!), and I've posted some questions like, when did Michael become a nurse, what kind of access did he have to medical records and when did he have them, etc. !
Thanks Bill! Alan Keyes is usually not wrong even when he's wrong :) Sometimes he comes at it from rt. field but I'll tell you, when no one else is thinking straight, he'll hit one out of the park. A truly gifted thinker. Glad he's not wasting his life in politics anymore ;)
Well, RD, I hope that this is something that we can get into the mainstream media because I think that we need to get a good investigative reporter onto our side. I would have hoped that a reporter from 60 minutes might at least be interested in the fact that this is a fraud scandal. There are a lot of scandals associated with this case.

A great idea and one that we all wish could come to fruition; however, Blogs for Terri covered this report from the Sydney Morning Herald that Governor Bush has already tried to intervene by sending in a task force to take custody of Terri and was met with the threat of an armed confrontation: "But they did not go ahead after it became clear they would have to confront local police outside the Florida hospice that has become a flashpoint in the worldwide debate on euthanasia." I think he feels that erring on the side of life means not having a shoot-out in Pinellas Park as well as it means being able to save Terri.

Terri Schiavo is for all practical purposes Michigan J Frog. She can sing and dance and do all kinds of stuff around her family but nothing around doctors. (Hello my baby, hello my honey, hello my rag time gal...)
This is man interfering in God calling her home if you MUST have a religious angle on this.

They should have whisked Terri away to Israel. I read on another site that Israel forbids starvation and dehydration. Besides, the Israelis are expert at going around the world to save lives after earthquakes and other natural disasters. Get her over to Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem, have the Israelis give her immeddiate citizenship, and put her in a safe country beyond Judge Greer's reach. Europe will not do, as the virtually the whole continent has been gripped by the neo-Nazi urge to elimanate people with severe disabilities.

I have not given up looking into every detail of this case.
Yes I am disappointed that she could not be rescued. Greer also slapped on an injunction that prevented President Bush from acting any further.
What Greer did in behaving like Adolf Hitler is unforgivable. The whole of the Schiavo brothers are nothing more than scum in my view. (that is another story).
I have been trying to find new angles on this case, in fact anything that will crack it wide open. If you read the police report I think there might also be some incriminating evidence regarding what happened.
Now can someone verify if Michael Schiavo had any skills in Judo or similar martial arts.
